Description
The Winco EFS-16 countertop electric fryer has one basket for cooking French fries, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks. It includes a cover, so when the fryer is inactive, its 16 pounds of oil can be protected from bacteria. The basket has a safety handle with grips to secure it in the user’s hand during transport, preventing food from dropping on the floor. For cleaning purposes, the stainless steel well and power head are removable for deep scrubbing.
