Description
The Winco SPFP2 steam pan has perforations along its sides and bottom. These holes facilitate water drainage and steam circulation. This pan is made of 25-gauge stainless steel, so it’s durable and unlikely to warp or corrode from normal use. It is full-sized, enabling it to be used in bulk food serving venues, such as buffet lines or receptions.
